Qualifications

  • Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Align, calibrate, and execute testing methods according to plans and customer requirements.
  • Follow SOPs and detailed instructions.
  • Perform assembly tasks accurately while meeting quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and elevate concerns when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA QSR and ISO requirements.
  • Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain quality.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to production methods, equipment, quality, and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office for daily tasks and documentation.
