Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join our state-of-the-art service center. You will align tires and wheels, measure caster/camber/toe, and perform inspections, oil changes and occasional repairs to ensure safety and vehicle performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must have 1 year of experience and/or training in mounting, dismounting, rotating and balancing tires or equivalent education/training
• State inspection license preferred

Responsibilities

• Align tires and wheels using the latest equipment
• Measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to reduce tire wear and ensure straight travel
• Complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and basic repairs as needed
• Perform other required automotive services as directed
