Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes in the Akron/Cuyahoga Falls area is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to service wheels, measure caster/camber/toe, and ensure vehicles travel straight and true. You will also perform tire mounting, balancing, inspections and basic maintenance on customer vehicles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year of experience or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires.
• Preferred state inspection license.

Responsibilities

• Align tires and wheels using the latest equipment to ensure straight travel.
• Measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles.
• Complete state inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs and other automotive services.
• Perform tire mounting, balancing and related maintenance as needed.
