Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician for its Pottsville, PA area centers. You will align tires and wheels, measure and adjust angles, and support related vehicle services to ensure safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires.

Responsibilities

• Align tires and wheels using the latest equipment and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to ensure even tire wear and straight travel.
• Perform state-mmandated inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs and related automotive service as needed.
• Stand, walk, and perform physical movements typical of an automotive technician; lift items weighing over 50 pounds.
