Job summary

NTB / Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in Salem, VA is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician. You will use modern equipment to align tires and wheels and ensure vehicles travel straight and true.

You will measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles, perform state inspections, oil changes, and tire mounting/balancing, and service customer vehicles. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or equivalent.
• State inspection license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align tires and wheels using the latest equipment to ensure vehicles travel straight and true.
• Measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles.
• Perform state inspections, oil/filters changes and basic tire-related services as needed.
