Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking an Automotive Alignment Technician for our Hyde Park, NY service center. You will use advanced alignment equipment to measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to ensure safe, straight travel for customers’ vehicles.

Responsibilities include inspections, oil/filter changes, tire-related service, and other needed maintenance. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires.

Responsibilities

• Align tires and wheels using equipment to adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles.
• Perform state inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs.
• Carry out other automotive service tasks as required.
