Responsibilities

Operate agricultural drone systems for aerial applications.
Plan, coordinate, and execute drone flight missions safely.
Mix, load, and apply crop protection products per label requirements.
Maintain accurate flight, application, and operational records.
Support field scouting, mapping, and data collection activities.
Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections and routine maintenance.
Ensure compliance with FAA, EPA, DOT, state and company regulations.
Assist with agronomy operations, product deliveries, inventory, and customer service.
Support grain harvest operations and transportation needs as needed.
Assist with facility maintenance and other year-round projects.
