Job summary

Platte Valley Equipment LLC in Clarkson, NE is hiring a Service Technician for agricultural and turf equipment support. You will diagnose, repair, and service machines, participate in trainings, and assist with AMS and Precision Ag solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in repair of agricultural and turf equipment.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks following Technical Manual procedures.
• Familiarity with Service Center and basic computer functions.
• Capability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience performing service repairs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment, including AMS products.
• Participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs to enhance skills.
• Maintain the condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure a clean and organized work area and perform tasks in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations during work assignments.
• Complete all required paperwork and forms using ExpertServices accurately and on time.
