FS System is seeking a Custom Applicator based in Brimfield, Illinois. This agronomy position focuses on loading and applying crop protection inputs to maximize product performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous applicator or related experience.
• Proven communication skills, one-on-one and in groups.
• Ability to keep customer information confidential.
• Demonstrated time management and math skills.
• Proven independence and teamwork ability.
• Basic computer skills including custom application.
• Core competencies in business knowledge and communication.
• Must have or be able to obtain a CDL.

Responsibilities

• Load and apply crop protection inputs.
• Complete spray/application logs.
• Routine maintenance on facility equipment.
• Maintain location and equipment image.
• Deliver products to customers and assist walk-ins.
