Qualifications

• 1+ years of general fabrication or assembly experience or a trade school degree.
• Proficient in the use of common hand tools and inspection tools.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office or other team communication tools like Slack.

Responsibilities

• Drill holes on flight hardware using appropriate tooling/jigs.
• Assemble hardware using structural adhesives and proper torque on fasteners.
• Perform in-process inspections using hand tools.
• Perform blending or deburr operations with appropriate tools.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
• Foster an inclusive environment for team members.
