Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent with basic math and blueprints knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and travelers with attention to tolerances.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Familiar with ERP systems and BAAN transactions for shop floor tasks.
• Team oriented, with good communication at all levels and safety compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Read drawings and determine dimensions, tolerances, and setup requirements.
• Position parts using blueprints, fixturings and operation sheets.
• Trim, fit, and fasten parts with bolts, rivets, screws, and adhesives.
• Operate tools and machines such as belt sander, saw, grinder, riveter, drill press, and shear.
• Use calipers and measuring devices to verify tolerances.
• Follow lean manufacturing, 6‑S practices, and safety rules.
• Handle hazardous waste properly and work overtime when needed.
