Job summary

Resicum International, LLC. is seeking an experienced 3D Printing & CAD Design Specialist to support specialized prototyping, advanced manufacturing, and product development requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with 3D printing, CAD design, and rapid prototyping, with the ability to transform concepts, sketches, measurements, existing components, or technical requirements into accurate and functional 3D models and physical prototypes.

Qualifications

• Experience with 3D printing / additive manufacturing is required.
• Create and modify 3D CAD models for prototypes and fixtures.
• Operate and troubleshoot 3D printers and prepare CAD files for production.
• Understand how CAD decisions affect printability, strength and weight.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify and develop detailed 3D CAD models for components and tooling.
• Convert concepts into functional 3D designs and prototypes.
• Prepare models and files for additive manufacturing.
• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot 3D printing equipment.
• Select printing technologies, materials, and parameters per project requirements.
• Develop precise prototypes with complex geometries and tight tolerances.
• Iterate designs based on testing and evaluation.
• Maintain organized CAD and print files and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and program managers on projects.
• Research and evaluate new additive manufacturing technologies and materials.
