Arrow Tank and Engineering Company LLC is seeking a skilled Drafter to join our metal fabrication team in Minnesota. You will convert customer specifications into accurate production and shop drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor, with emphasis on 2D and 3D drafting and ASME code awareness.

You will collaborate with engineers, customers, and the shop team, manage multiple projects, and ensure drawings meet manufacturing needs while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in drafting or at least one year of drafting work experience.
• Experience using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate drawings.
• Preferred qualifications: pressure vessel or tank drafting experience, familiarity with ASME codes and standards, experience with Codeware COMPRESS, experience with both 2D and 3D drafting software.

Responsabilités

• Create accurate production and shop drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor.
• Review customer specifications and incorporate requirements into drawings.
• Prepare vessel drawings to specifications for engineering review.
• Communicate with customers to clarify specifications, answer questions, and provide project updates.
• Work with the shop team and coworkers to ensure drawings meet manufacturing needs.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Identify and resolve drawing discrepancies before submitting work for engineering review.
