Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC is hiring immediately for a Picker/Packer to join our team in Farmington, Connecticut. The role involves receiving orders, locating products on warehouse shelves, packing, labeling, scanning, and logging orders to keep inventory up-to-date.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with warehouse or assembly line experience and basic math skills. Medical, dental, and vision benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or assembly line experience required.
• Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing) required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to operate a personal lift up to 12 feet.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders for outgoing shipments.
• Find products on warehouse shelves.
• Pack products and apply labels.
• Scan labels and place packages on outgoing trucks.
• Log orders to keep inventory up-to-date.
• Stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
