Job summary

Redi Services, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a skilled Concrete Form Setter to join our team. This role builds forms for foundations, walls, curbs, and slabs, working from blueprints with safety and precision at the forefront.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of form setting experience, can read drawings, and is comfortable with physical work and travel as needed. We offer full-time hours and competitive pay ($24–$28/hour DOE) with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of concrete form setting experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layouts.
• Familiarity with formwork systems, hand tools, and power tools.
• OSHA 10/30 safety knowledge preferred.
• Physically demanding work (lifting, bending, kneeling).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable with strong teamwork.
• Willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood or metal forms for concrete structures.
• Set forms to line, grade, and elevation using levels and layout tools.
• Install and secure rebar and wire mesh reinforcement as required.
• Brace and align forms to ensure stability during concrete placement.
• Assist with concrete placement, finishing, and curing processes.
• Strip, clean, and reuse forms after concrete has set.
• Maintain tools, materials, and a clean, safe job site.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
