Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks an skilled production worker to join our Ogden, Utah team. In a busy precast manufacturing environment, you will help safely produce high‑quality concrete products and support a collaborative, fast-paced shop floor.

You will strip forms, pour and finish concrete, handle basic carpentry, and operate heavy equipment. Strong reading of measurements and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of concrete panel work experience required.
• Ability to read basic measurements and use a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Strips and cleans concrete forms.
• Pours concrete, shovels, vibrates, and finishes.
• Maintain shop floor housekeeping and safety.
• Perform basic carpentry tasks as needed.
• Operate forklift and other heavy machinery.
• Other duties as assigned.
