Job summary

Rinker is seeking a Technical Resource Engineer to promote precast concrete products and provide project-specific engineering solutions to civil engineering clients, State DOTs, and municipalities. The role demands strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills to drive market growth.

Responsibilities include coordinating with DOTs and local authorities, advancing specifications for storm drain infrastructure, and representing the company at trade shows while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years related experience.
• PE license preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Present project solutions to civil engineering clients and DOTs.
• Promote engineered precast concrete products to engineers and end users.
• Collaborate with DOTs and Local Municipalities on specifications for storm drain infrastructure.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
