Job summary

CRH plc is seeking a hands-on manufacturing associate for our Oldcastle Infrastructure plant in Lexington, KY. The role involves producing precast concrete products to high standards within a team that emphasizes safety and efficiency.

You will work a Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturdays and overtime, performing form setup, cleaning, mold preparation, carpentry basics, and general facility upkeep. The team operates in a fast-paced industrial setting focused on quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up concrete forms.
• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other duties as needed.
