Job summary

CRH is seeking a non-exempt team member for an industrial manufacturing role focused on producing precast concrete products. You will strip and clean forms, prepare molds, and assist with basic carpentry and housekeeping to ensure safety and quality.

The position offers $19 per hour, plus benefits and growth opportunities within a large, diverse organization. A high school diploma and the ability to lift 40 lbs are required; manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate with the team.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry tasks.
• Support facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.
