New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co., Inc. in Bethlehem, PA seeks a Precast Concrete Laborer - Leadperson to oversee block production and ensure quality across projects in the region. You will lead a crew, manage materials, and uphold safety standards on site.

The role involves stripping, pouring, finishing, loading deliveries, and guiding a team with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. Travel to job sites within a defined territory is required, with seasonal off periods for some positions.

Responsibilities

• Produce landscape and block blocks, ensuring high-quality production.

• Pour left-overs from returning trucks.
• Check and maintain equipment.

Requirements - Who Are We Looking For?
