Job summary

CMC is hiring for a role supporting the production of precast concrete products in Salem, Virginia. You will be responsible for mold setup, assisting with concrete pouring, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be physically fit, and possess a strong work ethic. Experience in manufacturing or construction is preferred, and the role may require overtime. CMC offers comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Work well on a team to meet production goals.
• Availability for overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support production of precast concrete products.
• Set up and prepare molds/forms.
• Place reinforcing materials per specifications.
• Assist with pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
