Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and precision in finishing precast concrete.
• Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina for handling heavy forms and tools.
• Solid understanding of concrete mixing and finishing techniques.
• Previous experience in concrete finishing is preferred.
