Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for precast concrete products using AutoCAD and 3D modeling software.
• Develop customer submittal packages and revise drawings based on feedback.
• Work directly with customers to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Production to support project execution.
• Maintain project schedules and engineering deadlines.
• Communicate with contractors, architects, engineers, field personnel, customers, and internal teams.
• Utilize ERP software to import orders, enter data, and maintain documentation.
• Assist with product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
