Osceola County is seeking a dedicated professional to direct and monitor PREA compliance within the county correctional facility. The role focuses on establishing a zero tolerance culture, coordinating inmate education and staff training, and ensuring adherence to accreditation standards.

The incumbent will support the Quality/Risk Control Unit, develop and maintain PREA-related procedures, and contribute to annual PREA reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in Criminal Justice, law enforcement, or related field.
• Two years of correctional criminal justice experience required.
• Experience with PREA standards and accreditation processes preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with PREA standards within the facility.
• Develop and deliver PREA training for inmates and staff.
• Maintain policy materials and post orders in Power DMS and related systems.
• Assist with annual PREA reports and data analysis.
• Coordinate with Accreditation Unit and other agencies to sustain compliance.
