Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in or experience with personal injury matters.
• Self-starter with an interest in long-term growth, either in pre-suit or trial work.

Responsibilities

• Guiding clients through the pre-suit process and managing expectations.
• Drafting pre-litigation documents and demand packages.
• Overseeing settlement negotiations and the release approval process.
• Completing liability and flips to litigation approvals.
• Managing and mentoring a team of case managers.
• Handling EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.
