Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Pre‑Suit Attorney in our Miami and/or Ft. Lauderdale. This is an opportunity to learn Personal Injury, at the premier Plaintiff PI firm in the country. Our Pre‑Suit Attorney's make mission critical decisions for the firm and play a significant role in our success. Work alongside world‑class lawyers that are looking to mentor and advise Attorneys who are new to the field.

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day handling of all pre‑litigation work
• Complete the Flip‑to‑Lit approval
• Guide clients through the case process
• Drafting and filing of pre‑litigation documents
• Complete TD approval for liability issues
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
• Manage the release approval process
• Manage a team of 6‑10 Case Managers
• Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotive
• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
• EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association
• 2+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage high volume of pre‑lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self‑starter driven by long‑term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
