Education and experience include a Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of TN DCS Case Management experience. You will coach, train, and coordinate staffing for new hires and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years TN DCS Case Management experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age on date of application; US citizen; valid driver's license.
• Criminal history disclosure form required; fingerprint sample; pre-employment drug screen.
• No felony conviction; background check required; ability to release records.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-service nomination process with HR and leadership; arrange travel; ensure new hires have equipment and support.
• Serve as information liaison for new hires; provide onboarding information; monitor scheduling changes.
• Facilitate Support Team Meetings to assess progress and development in training plans.
• Conduct individual coaching sessions; address practice skill gaps; work with supervisors to tailor feedback.
• Coach staff to advocate for their own needs and well-being.
• Observe new hires in the field; provide coaching on client interactions and progress.
• Document progress via Individual Learning Plans; coordinate competency assessments and certifications.
• Ensure completion of pre-service requirements before certification; develop professional learning plans.
• Coordinate regional training needs with Edison admin functions and support staff.
