Job summary

H&R Block in McPherson, Kansas is looking for candidates to drive business growth by supporting sales and conducting client tax interviews. The role includes mentoring teammates and providing IRS audit support.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience completing individual returns
• Tax planning and audit support knowledge
• Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or an Income Tax Course
• Additional experience for this position is acquired through training upon hiring

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with a Windows‑based computer system
• Experience working in a fast‑paced customer service environment
• Availability to work in multiple locations and/or multiple hours
