Mountain Land Physical Therapy Partners is seeking a part-time candidate to join our Pre-PT Pathway. You will work alongside licensed Physical Therapists, gain hands-on clinical experience, and receive mentorship while preparing for PT school applications.

This role is ideal for soon-to-be graduates pursuing Pre-PT, PTA, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or healthcare administration, with no prior clinical experience required as we provide training.

Qualifications

• Interest in pursuing a healthcare career and gaining clinical experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and empathy in patient care.
• Reliable and punctual for part-time clinic shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment and assist with patient flow during treatment.
• Guide patients through warm-ups and exercises as directed by the PT team.
• Keep treatment areas clean and stocked.
• Support front desk and clinic flow as needed.
• Create a welcoming environment for patients and teammates.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and clinic safety procedures.
