Job summary

No clinical experience is required as we provide comprehensive training alongside licensed Physical Therapists. Participants follow our Pre-PT School Training Pathway with online coursework and mentorship; graduates may become eligible for scholarships and a potential $5,000

Qualifications

• Interest in healthcare career and gaining clinical experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and empathy.
• Comfortable standing for long periods in a busy clinic.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Preferred: Customer service experience or health-related coursework.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Therapists during treatment by setting up equipment and assisting with patient flow.
• Guide patients through warm-ups and exercises as directed by the PT team.
• Keep treatment areas clean, stocked, and ready for patients.
• Help the front desk as needed by checking in patients and supporting clinic flow.
• Create a positive, welcoming environment for patients and teammates.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and clinic safety procedures.
