Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Pre-Press Retouching Operator to support imaging, color correction and retouching of card images in line with our standards. The ideal candidate is design-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented with deep experience in imaging workflows.

You will collaborate with photographers and designers, ensure color accuracy across projects, resolve image quality issues, and stay current with industry best practices and software.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of imaging and retouching experience.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools.
• Strong color theory and color management knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all images meet color accuracy and consistency requirements.
• Maintain quality control procedures to ensure visual materials meet high standards.
