Job summary

Karl Chevrolet in Ankeny, IA is seeking a part-time or full-time lot attendant to maintain a clean and organized car lot, prep vehicles for delivery, and assist with special events. Afternoon/evening hours and a pay-for-performance structure accompany a competitive benefits package.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to handle vehicle prep tasks while providing strong customer service and following dealership standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized and orderly lot appearance, moving cars as directed by the Manager and in accordance with dealership display standards. Maintain vehicle inventory appearance by cleaning exterior of vehicles, hand washing or running vehicles through the automatic car wash. Prioritize vehicles that need to be prepped for delivery or washed based on general appearance. Set up and remove displays and associated material for special events.
