CHI Health Midlands in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care across the care continuum. You will perform assessments, create and implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery.

You must meet RN licensure for Nebraska, CPR, ACLS and PALS within required timeframes. The role emphasizes critical thinking, urgency, and patient-first care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN nursing program, upon hire.
• Registered Nurse license for Nebraska upon hire.
• Current CPR certification required; ACLS and PALS within specified timeframes.

Responsabilités

• Follow the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate. Document all phases in patient records.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Implement and adjust the plan of care with clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice.
• Coordinate care, educate patients and discharge planning while ensuring professional standards.
