Ardent Health Services is seeking a day shift, full-time Pre Op & PACU Registered Nurse in Harker Heights, TX to provide direct and perioperative care. The role emphasizes planning a care plan with patients and families and collaborating with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and effective recovery.

Applicants must hold a Texas RN license, BLS, ACLS/PALS, and have 1+ year in a surgery setting; multi-state licensure per NLC is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Texas RN license required.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS & PALS required upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care in the Perioperative setting.
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family and staff.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians and team.
