Qualifications

• Active Missouri Bar license is required.
• At least 1 year of personal injury experience preferred; civil litigation background considered.
• Eligibility to obtain Illinois Bar license (UBE score or reciprocity) preferred.
• Genuine client-first orientation and understanding of how outcomes affect clients.
• Organized, self-directed, able to manage high-volume workloads.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using legal technology and case management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury pre-litigation caseload from intake through demand and resolution.
• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication.
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters to maximize client recovery.
• Draft demand letters, settlements, and legal documents.
• Coordinate with paralegals and case managers in the St. Louis office.
• Develop referral relationships to grow your book of business and income.
