NST Injury Law is seeking a Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in Tennessee. The role emphasizes early case development, strategic evaluation, and moving cases toward resolution before litigation.

This attorney will work closely withPre-LitigationParalegalsand other firm departmentsto ensure each case is positioned for the best possible outcome.
Review newly retained cases and develop an early case strategy
Evaluate liability, insurance coverage, and damages todetermineviability
Identifygaps early and provide direction to the team on next steps
Working with an assigned paralegal, review and approve demand packages
Negotiate with insurance adjusters to maximize case value
Provide clear direction on settlement strategy and authority
Communicate with clientsregardingexpectations and settlement discussions
Step in on complex or sensitive client issues as needed
Ensurea high levelof client experience throughout the lifecycle of the case
Partner withparalegals to manage workflow and case progression
Provide clear guidance and accountability to support staff
Utilizethe case management systemas thesingle sourceof truth for all case activity
Ensureaccuratecase documentation, statuses, and notes
Follow firm SOPs and support ongoing process improvements
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing in Tennessee (additionalstates a plus)
1–4 years of personal injury experience preferred (pre-litigation strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of liability analysis, insurance coverage, and damages evaluation
Experience negotiating with insurance adjusters is a plus

Someone who is comfortable making decisions and providing direction
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload
