Job summary

TopDog Law, a nationally scaling personal injury firm, is seeking a Case Manager who owns the client relationship from day one through settlement. You will be the dedicated advocate, guiding clients through a stressful process with empathy and precision.

In a fast-moving, fully remote environment, you’ll connect clients to timely care, push cases forward with urgency, and leverage technology to keep everything on track while delivering outstanding outcomes and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters in Florida.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team.

The Opportunity

What You Bring

Required

• 2-6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters on cases in Florida
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate
• Experience in a high-volume or fast-growing law firm
• Familiarity with Personal Injury claims processes and insurance procedures
• Experience with case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate)
• Comfort working in evolving systems and processes

What We Offer

• Base Salary: $61,200 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience (Remote, Florida)
• Our job postings reflect the compensation range for the specific market and location of each role. Ranges vary by geography based on local market rates and cost of labor.
