Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney in Irvine, CA to manage personal injury matters from intake through settlement, setting the tone for dedicated client service and strategic case development.

The ideal candidate has a Juris Doctor degree, is licensed to practice in California, and brings at least 5 years of plaintiff's PI experience with strong research and communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Duties

• Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake to settlement.

Requirements

• Lawyer in good standing to practice law in the state.
• 5+ years of personal injury experience as a plaintiff's attorney.
• Excellent knowledge of California state laws and legal procedures for personal injury cases.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret legal precedents.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of successful case management and client representation.
• Experience in conducting legal research and preparing legal briefs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.

Education
