Job summary

The Primrose School of North Wilmington is seeking a compassionate Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to create a safe, engaging classroom where children explore concepts through multisensory learning experiences and form a solid foundation for kindergarten readiness.

You will partner with a co-teacher to implement the Balanced Learning curriculum, nurture social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development, and build meaningful relationships with every child in your care.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun, safe classroom environment where students explore new concepts through multi-sensory learning.
• Support language and literacy development, science, life skills, and social-emotional growth.
• Collaborate with co-teacher to implement Balanced Learning curriculum and daily lesson plans.
• Maintain an organized classroom that encourages creativity, exploration and confident decision making.
• Build genuine relationships with each child and provide individualized attention as needed.
