STATE LINE CHILDREN'S WORLD in Laurinburg is seeking a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to inspire young minds in a nurturing environment. You will develop age-appropriate lesson plans, ensuring that children grow socially, emotionally, and cognitively.

Qualifications

• Background check clearance and CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood development.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment for all students.
• Assess and monitor children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth through interactive activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and classroom experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Birth to Kindergarten or Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Ability to use the computer, Word, Create Newletters, write short parent communication letters, create flyers, and adjust positively.
• Valid teaching license or certification for Pre-Kindergarten education preferred
• Willing to go back to school if needed. Complete ongoing training.
