Spring Education Group’s Evergreen Academy seeks a Pre-Kindergarten Multi-Classroom Teacher. You will support learning across several pre-kindergarten classrooms, collaborating with teachers to maintain consistent routines and a welcoming environment. Strong communication with families and staff is essential.

Minimum one year in early childhood education, HS diploma or equivalent, and eligibility to work in the United States are required; an advanced degree or credentials are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience in early childhood education.

About the Role

As a Pre-Kindergarten Multi-Classroom Teacher at Evergreen Academy, you will support learning across multiple pre-kindergarten classrooms. You will work alongside classroom teachers and step in to lead activities or provide classroom coverage as needed, helping children experience consistent routines and a welcoming learning environment.

Through our enriched curriculum, you will help young learners build foundational skills, think creatively, and grow socially and emotionally. This role calls for a flexible educator who enjoys connecting with different groups of children and adapting to the needs of each classroom.

You will also:
