Job summary

Caroline County Public Schools is seeking a Pre-K paraeducator to assist with daily activities under the immediate direction of the classroom Pre-K teacher. You will help implement a safe and motivating educational environment for young learners in Maryland.

The role requires a minimum of 48 college credits or a passing paraprofessional exam (455). It is an hourly, part-time position offering 5 hours per day, 5 days a week when Pre-K students are in school.

Job description

Under the immediate direction of the classroom Pre-K teacher, this position will assist with daily activities associated with the development and implementation of a safe, comfortable, efficient, and motivating educational environment for Pre-K students.

For this position, applicants must be highly qualified. For this, the applicant must possess a minimum of 48 college credits or a passing score on the paraprofessional exam (passing score is 455).

This hourly position is 5 hours a day at a rate of $15.15/hr, 5 days a week when Pre-K students are in school.
