Job summary

The Goddard School of Arnold in Arnold, MO is hiring a Preschool Teacher or Pre-K Teacher to join our team and help children build the skills, confidence, and curiosity they need for kindergarten and beyond.

This full-time role uses Goddard's curriculum to create meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that support children's academic, social-emotional, physical, and cognitive development. A $500 signing bonus for eligible new hires is offered with a strong focus on growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Past experience in early childhood education is preferred.
• Strong communication with families and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging preschool classroom environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate, hands-on learning experiences.
• Support early literacy, early math, science, STEAM, social-emotional development, and critical thinking.
• Use play, exploration, and inquiry to encourage children's natural curiosity.
• Observe and support each child's individual growth and development.
• Encourage independence, confidence, problem-solving, and a lifelong love of learning.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized classroom environment.
• Communicate professionally and consistently with families and your teaching team.
• Collaborate with other teachers and school leadership to provide exceptional early childhood education.
