Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develops lesson plans and instructional materials and provides individualized and small group instruction to meet student needs.
• Translates lesson plans into learning experiences to maximize instructional time.
• Establishes and maintains standards of pupil behavior to create a productive learning environment.
• Evaluates academic and social growth and maintains student records and progress reports.
• Communicates with parents through orientation, conferences and other means to discuss progress.
