Job summary

Enchanted Care, part of Spring Education Group, is seeking a dedicated Pre-K Teacher to join our preschool community in Ohio. You will create an engaging classroom where young learners explore, ask questions, and develop foundational skills for kindergarten.

You’ll design hands-on lessons, foster strong relationships with families through regular communication, and support each child’s social, emotional, and academic growth in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
• Must have High School Diploma/GED
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A passion for early childhood education and helping children learn and grow
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build a positive classroom environment
• Authorization to work in the United States
