Thales Academy Flowers Plantation is actively hiring a PreK Teacher Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year. The position is part time, from 7:15am-1pm, Monday to Friday, following a year-round academic schedule.

Qualifications

• High energy and organized with a passion for teaching children.
• Direct Instruction or other teaching experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum - Implementing the approved curriculum and providing pacing guides, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Cooperation - Working closely with teammates to develop teaching skills.
• Collaboration - Participating in team planning and sharing curriculum and instructional expertise.

• Professional Etiquette - Maintaining professional conduct in communications.
