Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy in Wheaton, IL is seeking a dedicated Pre-K Teacher to inspire curiosity and develop foundational skills in a warm preschool community. You will design engaging, hands-on lessons and help children grow socially, emotionally, and academically.

Collaborating with families and a supportive team, you’ll create a positive classroom culture, follow state licensing requirements, and contribute to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• CDA or 60 semester hours with 6 credits in Child Development/Early Childhood Education or AA/Bachelor's in ECE required.

As a Pre-K Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.

• CDA OR at least 60 semester hours with 6 credits in Child Development/Early Childhood Education OR AA degree in Early Childhood Education OR Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education required
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.

• A passion for early childhood education and helping children learn and grow
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build a positive classroom environment
• Authorization to work in the United States

Signing Bonus: This position is eligible for a signing bonus totaling $1,500 paid in
installments as follows: $1,000 after 90 days of employment and $500 after 6 months of
