Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Pre-K Teacher to join our growing preschool community. Our goal is to inspire curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning in every child.

As a Pre-K Teacher, you’ll create engaging classrooms, design hands-on lessons that prep students for kindergarten, and foster strong relationships with families through communication and collaboration. You’ll support each child’s social, emotional, and academic growth daily.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• CDA OR at least 60 semester hours with 6 credits in Child Development/Early Childhood Education OR AA degree in Early Childhood Education OR Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Passion for early childhood education; ability to work collaboratively with a team; authorization to work in the United States.

Signing Bonus: This position is eligible for a signing bonus totaling $1,500 paid in
installments as follows: $1,000 after 90 days of employment and $500 after 6 months of
employment. All bonus payments are subject to standard tax withholdings.
