Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous experience working with young children preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with handling children.

Responsibilities

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans using Wonder of Learning®.
• Create and maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintain effective communication with families about children’s progress.
• Supervise children during activities to ensure health and safety.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
• Observe and document children’s learning and development.
• Support Assistant Teachers and foster a positive team environment.
• Model positive guidance strategies for social-emotional growth.
