Job summary

An educational institution in Surf City is looking for an Instructional Assistant/Bus Driver for Pre-K. Qualifications

• Ability to pass the WorkKeys Assessments in reading, writing, and mathematics.
• Experience working with children or in a related field (5 years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive a school bus as assigned, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
• Assist the teacher by providing individualized and/or group instruction.
• Monitor and keep students on task with assigned work.

Skills

Valid North Carolina Driver’s License

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)

Ability to work with children

Proficiency with technology to support instruction

Education

High School Diploma

Associate’s degree or 48 semester hours of college credit
